Because bagels are only sold on the day they’re made, thousands of bagels wind up in landfills, contributing to a massive food waste problem in New York. In fact, NYC restaurants generate half a million tons of food waste per year.

We're changing that, one bagel at a time.

We work with the legendary, Brooklyn-based Bergen Bagels to collect bagels that can no longer be sold past their one-day shelf life and transform them into delicious chips! Our twice-baked and locally made chips bring you that famous New York bagel taste while making a positive impact on the NYC food system and environment.
